Your Resume will go through 3 stages of review:
1. An HR expert with relevant experience of hiring for your target role will review and highlight changes needed to optimize your resume for the job description
2. We then run your resume and JD through our tool to identify any more gaps and keywords missing
3. We then edit your resume for formatting and language checks to ensure it is readable by both humans and software tools
We are testing our proprietary tool which gives a resume relevancy score against the JD.
We will share both the pre and post Resume Boost scores with you.
However, the ultimate test is you getting a shortlist based on the new resume.

Anything below 80 needs work and has higher chances of getting rejected.
