The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and and all Agreements: "Client," "You," and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," "Our," and "Us" refers to our Company. "Party," "Parties," or "Us" refers to both the Client and ourselves.

Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your purchase of workshop (any workshop listed on the Website) are subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

By purchasing the workshop through any computer, mobile phone or tablet or any electronic gadget, you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms.

These terms and various other policies are binding upon you as per the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 formulated under the Information Technology Act of 2000.

‍1. Orders, Payments and Delivery

‍1.1 Once you purchase a workshop, you will get the confirmation of payment from Razorpay. The Curio Revelio team will get in touch with you within 48 hours of purchase. In case of any queries, you can always send an email to curiorevelio@gmail.com
1.2 The workshop content and access to the community is available for a lifetime. The workshop (live sessions + instructor are available for the duration of the workshop only)

‍2. Refund/Cancellations

‍Refunds and cancellations are allowed up till the first session starts for you. Write to curiorevelio@gmail.com to claim a refund. The money will be returned to your original payment mode as per Razorpay refund policy - currently they refund within 5-7 working days.

Once the sessions start, refunds/cancellations are at the sole discretion of Curio Revelio.

‍3. Privacy

‍3.1 Privacy Policy: – Please review our privacy policy which governs your purchase of the workshop to fully understand our practices.

3.2 The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of the website herein. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy herein are acceptable to them.
